WE SURVIVED THE FLASH FLOOD — Commemorative T-Shirt

Some festival shirts commemorate the lineup. This one commemorates the fact that we made it through.

The 2026 Lost 40 Music Festival at the Valley of the Green Giants became an experience none of us could have planned. A flash flood swept through the festival, the bus got stuck in the floodwaters, plans changed by the minute, and a whole lot of what we thought the weekend would look like simply went out the window.

But somehow, the festival kept going.

People helped each other. Artists adapted. Music continued. The community came together, and by Sunday, people were talking about the weekend as one of the most unforgettable Lost 40 experiences yet.

WE SURVIVED THE FLASH FLOOD was created to remember that weekend—the rain, the chaos, the giant, the pink LOST40 bus, the music, and especially the people who made the best of an absolutely wild situation.

There is another reason we're selling these shirts, too. Because of the flooding, we weren't able to operate our kitchen, vending booth, merchandise sales, and other parts of the festival that normally generate the revenue we use to pay our performers. Many of our artists graciously told us not to worry about paying them, but we want to do everything we can to make good on those commitments.

Proceeds from this commemorative shirt will help us pay the artists who showed up and helped make the 2026 Lost 40 Music Festival something we'll never forget.
