✅ Will Call + Check-In

All ticket packages are held at will call at the front gate.
Bring a state-issued ID or passport and be ready to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

Our Safe Space policy is posted at the gate and on the website. Please read it and be mindful of others. If you need support, Safe Space volunteers will be on-site.

🕒 Arrival Times

Wednesday – Artists & Vendors may arrive and set up
Thursday at 3:00 PM – Ticket holders may begin arriving

📱 Multi-Pack Tickets – Add Your Group Members to the List

If you bought a multi-pack ticket, the other people in your group can text the word “GOING” to (206) 865-6357 to be added to the text update list.

This will make sure everyone gets important info and reminders about the event.

⛺ Camping

Primitive camping is included with your ticket.
Bring your own gear and prepare for all weather.
Please respect your neighbors’ space. No personal campfires. Communal fire pits will be available.

🚗 Parking & Car Campsites

Free parking is available up the hill from the main event area.
If you want to park inside the grounds, Car Parking Passes are available for $40 while they last:

Car camping is primitive — no hookups or fire rings allowed.

🍲 Dinner Circle + Food Donations

Dinner Circle happens every night. It’s a free meal made from food donated and prepared by guests.

To donate food, text "FOOD" to (206) 865-6357 and you’ll get an item to bring.
You can also volunteer for a kitchen shift and get a kitchen crew wristband.

Bring your Bliss — that’s your own bowl, cup, and spoon. You’ll need it to be served. No disposables provided.

📝 Poetry Circle

Friday night during Dinner Circle, we’ll host a Poetry Circle.
Bring something to read or just come listen. Everyone is welcome to participate.

🔥 Fire Circle

If you want to spin fire, you must attend the Fire Safety Meeting before spinning (time posted on-site).
Bring your own props and fuel.

🎭 Listening Area

The Listening Area is a quiet space for acoustic music and spoken word.
A featured set will take place there on Friday evening.
Details and schedule:

🍕 Pizza Fundraiser

Pizza will be available for purchase in the evenings.
All proceeds go toward supporting next year’s festival.

📚 Buy a Zine

The best way to support the festival is to buy a zine.
Pick up last year’s Poetry Zine or Art Zine for $12 each at the merch booth.

💋 Keep It Sexy

Please keep all alcohol in an indiscreet vessel (aka your sexy cup).
It helps maintain a respectful and inclusive environment.

🗑️ Trash

There are no trash cans at Lost 40.
Bring a trash bag and your own bin, and take your trash out with you when you leave.

💵 Cash + Card

We now accept credit/debit cards at merch and zine booths.
That said, cash is still faster — bring both if possible.

🍎 Food & Snacks

There are no food vendors.
The kitchen aims to serve 2–3 meals per day, but results may vary.
Bring snacks and enough food to meet your needs.

Thanks for reading. We’ll see you soon.
