The Lost 40 Music Festival is looking to rent land for Summer 2026.

We’re searching for a beautiful private property in Minnesota or Wisconsin to host our annual music and arts festival next summer.

✅ What we’re looking for:
• 8–12 acres of open field for camping
• Wooded areas for shade and atmosphere
• Water access — lake, river, or creek is a big plus

We’re a respectful, experienced team with over a decade of organizing safe, family-friendly community events.
We handle all permits, insurance, setup, and cleanup, and we treat the land with care.

💰 Budget: Offering $3,000–$7,500 for a suitable site, depending on location and amenities.
